*Commissions are allowed for personal/brand use.
I am allowed to turn down commissions / requests for any reason.I am allowed stop / cancel any commission for various reasons, including poor communication, rude / inappropriate behaviour, or any violation of these terms.I am allowed to showcase the commission on social media unless stated otherwise.I require payment half upfront & the other half at the end of the commission.
If there is a failure of payment, the commission will be null.In the case the second payment has not been made, the final image will not be sent and the first payment will not be refunded.No chargebacks!Please provide reference images of the character.
Depending on the complexity of the character, it will cost more.Initial Sketch Phase can change character poses / designs up to 3 times.Do not edit, copy, trace, or claim the artwork as your own.
Do not remove the watermark and credit me when using my work in whatever you may be using it for.Do not use my artwork for AI, reselling, relicensing, or NFTs.Due to potential work / school scheduling and mental health, pieces may take longer than expected.
